Contact
This is not an emergency line. In an emergency call 911 and follow the direction of local authorities. Nobody monitors this inbox around the clock, and we cannot help with an event in progress.
info@usdisasteralert.com — for billing, account problems, an alert that should have reached you and didn't, or anything else.
We read everything and reply to most messages within a couple of business days. Replying to any alert or receipt we send reaches the same place.
Before you write
If an alert didn't arrive, the service status page is the fastest answer: it shows whether each source is responding, whether our workers are running, and measured delivery times from the last 24 hours. If it shows everything healthy, the problem is particular to your account and worth emailing about.
Telling us the location, roughly when you expected the alert, and the address or number it should have reached will usually let us find it in one pass.
Stopping messages
You can turn off any category, set quiet hours, or delete your account from your dashboard. Replying STOP to a text message also stops texts immediately; see the text message terms.
